POLICIES

At S.H.E Pretty we strive for quality & consistency. Please read our polices below:

 

 

      SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Orders will be shipped 5-7 business days after it is placed (excluding weekends & holidays).
An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent via email. In the event that an item is on backorder, shipping will take longer and you will be notified. 


      INVALID ADDRESS

Please ensure that all Suite/Apt/Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed on the Address Line(s). If the recommendations above are not properly acknowledged and executed by the customer, he/she assumes all risk of not receiving his/her order. No refunds or exchanges will be granted. The customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive his or her products.

 
REFUNDS

No refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving the wrong product.

   RESTOCKING

Any orders returned, abandoned or undeliverable will be restocked.

(E.g., incorrect address input or failure to pick up). In the event that an order is restocked, the customer will not be issued a refund.
